Happened to walk in to Max's garage when I purchased my car in 2018 and I used this garage for 3 years when I lived in West Drayton. When I moved to Southampton a few months ago, I thought the garages here would provide the same level of services but I was wrong. Two garages were not ready to fix my engine oil leak issues and hence my car was not passing MOT. One even told me to salvage the car. Called up Max and explained the situation. He told me to get the car right away. I drove from Southampton to West Drayton for this. He unmounted the engine and the transmission chamber, found the cause of the issue and fixed it. He even sent me video of the problem and what parts he would need to fix it. Car was back on the road in 4 days and he did my MOT as well. Very professional, reliable and trust worthy. ~ Antonio B

Following a friend’s recommendation, I rang Max explaining I could hear a mechanical knocking noise coming from within my 1.9Tdi VW Touran. This car has covered 140k since new back in 2008. Local mechanic advised it was probably beyond economical repair and should sell. But hey to date it’s been regularly serviced had belts changed within past 6 months etc and as a family work horse was not prepared to move on without a 2nd opinion. Max simply said how can you diagnose without looking inside. He went on to explain how he would go about diagnosis, a cost per step and options I could take once issue found. The engine has had a complete camshaft kit replaced and is now back on the road like new. From this point forward I’ll be seeking Max’s services for all future Car maintenance. I’ve dealt with many garages and mechanics in my life and I can say hand on my heart this is by far one of the best I have ever come across. Max is an absolute diamond, he try’s to find the most cost effective route and give you detailed guidance and advice before carrying out any work. I took my smart car too many garages and they charged me for fitting different parts, Max and his team took there time looked into the issues in detail to understand what the key cause of the issue was. I wish I could rate them higher, the reviews where the reason I went to this garage and now I understand why they have such a high rating. I've been to their service several times. I didn't write anything, I thought I'd see what happens next, I didn't want to make a mistake. Now I'm ready to write to everyone who reads it. Cool guys, they know what they're doing, they don't promise anything for nothing. They understand electrics and computer diagnostics, which is important to know what to repair. This time my car stopped running and starting. I took recovery service, they brought the car to them 24 hours, they called from the service and said what faults they found in the car, how much it would cost for the inspection and repair. Fantastic service from Max and the team as they have now helped me out twice with no notice at all. On both occasions when I called I got a booking on the same day/next day to get the problems checked. They clearly explained what the faults were, what they would do to fix them and how much it would cost prior to any work being carried out. And they also managed to complete both repairs within the same week of my car going in which was a massive help to me. Exceptional service! Imagine my nightmare when my clutch went 2 days before moving home. Multiple garages turned me away but max assured me he would try and find time to fit me in on the day. 24 hours later they'd replaced my clutch, brake fluid and even found time to weld my exhaust back together! Completely transparent throughout on cost and even went out their way to update me with videos to show where the issues were. Very hardworking and knowledgeable team, I was thoroughly impressed! Went in for our MOT, and am accustomed to mechanics beating around the bush. Much to my delight, Tomass was exemplary. Booked us in within 48 hours and his service from start to finish was brilliant. He highlighted an issue with our exhaust, explained it in layman’s terms so we’d understand and carried out the works THAT day. The cars performance feels like a new car. I have been using Unlimited Auto Service for a few years now and can not rate Max and his colleagues high enough. Max goes out of his way to explain what faults he has found if any and will happily show/share the parts as proof. He will also not charge you for unnecessary work. All in all reasonably priced and excellent customer service. I have recently moved from the area but will happily bring my car here for all required servicing and MOT work. ~ Kevin B

Will definitely be using again… I called Maks at 11 this morning … he asked me to drive my smart car straight in … new air and oil filters, oil change …. had a new water pump fitted and a complete health check carried out. Very reasonable and probably one of if not the best experience I’ve had in a long time using a garage… the car was ready for me to pick up at 5. I won’t be going anywhere else in future. 5 stars! First time using Maks and his garage. Diagnosed and replaced faulty aircon compressor unit, which I suspected based on my own investigation. Disc and pads replaced, at a responsible prices. One other unexpected fault found which I agreed for them to fix. They showed me the faulty part on pick up, so not just looking for more work to do. Likely would be an MOT failure. Max was very friendly and helpful offered a brilliant service at a very reasonable price had my cam belt, water pump and fully serviced for much less that I thought it would cost me and half the time I was expecting it to take also arranged to get my car recovered at a very reasonable price as was unable to be driven I would highly recommend max at unlimited auto service and will be returning in the future with all my motoring issues thanks again for your brilliant workmanship ~ Geoffrey M

I'm so glad I went with Max after reading the reviews on Google. I've gone to so many places in the past 6 months with my BMW 6 series and they've all charged me a arm and leg and still issue wasn't resolved. So glad I came here. Quick speedy professional service. I had a very positive experience using this garage. I find it a little intimidating going to a new garage, mostly because I do not have a great knowledge of cars, however I can honestly say Maksym made me feel at ease instantly. He went through the problem with me really clearly and explained the repairs he had to do and why. He even gave me advice for a new car before ULEZ starts. My fuel tank was got stuck today at petrol pump and looking someone to help me to unblock it. I went to this place and guy called "Brendon" was having lunch and I asked him to finish lunch and then help but he still helped me to open it. BMW325i needed a new clutch & flywheel, Max accommodated me at short notice & went above and beyond to fit me in a day earlier than booked. Genuine honest Garage shop. Recently moved to the area and went for a general checkup after buying a second hand car, as I had a few concerns about odd engine noises and wheels. Max accommodated to see me late after work. He checked everything in depth with me; didn't try to sell me any odd works and told me the state of things honestly. Turns out there was nothing wrong. Excellent service! I had an unknown engine problem with my car, I called them up and got a booking to get it checked on the same day. They then found the problem and got it fixed the same day too. The team showed the fault and explained what had happened and what they did to fix it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I am a used car trader and always leave my stock vehicles with Max. He is the only person I trust to look after my stock of vehicles whenever a vehicle needs work doing. I get everything done from Max, from MOT prepping to major work such as timing belts. He also has a very good diagnostic computer which has corrected all engine management faults. My car started making a knocking noise while driving, so I booked it in to have it checked. After inspecting the car, they found the gearbox mount was worn and causing the issue. Came into Unlimited Auto Service in West Drayton for suspension work. While checking the car, they noticed my MOT had expired and let me know straight away. They carried out the MOT and completed all the repairs the same day. Really reliable, friendly service and no messing around.
